If you want to build a ship, don't herd people together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
Anonymous, I agree the destination is important....but the journey to it is equally important...As long the ship builder is happy about the ship, it really does not matter...It's the building process that matters and to do that one has to at least want to ride a ship!!
